King Mohammed VI of Morocco has addressed the diplomatic tensions with Spain following the July migration crisis in Ceuta. He rejected the political instrumentalization of the events and asserted that bilateral relations must be based on sovereign choice and voluntary commitment, rather than threats or blackmail.
