Kewon White seeks new trial because of sleepy juror

Attorneys for Keewan White, who was convicted of the capital murder of Marvin Nobles III, have filed a motion for a new trial alleging juror misconduct. The defense claims a juror slept frequently during the eight-day trial, violating White's constitutional rights. A judge is expected to rule on this motion by Christmas.
