Someone Should Go To JAIL

Newly declassified records are raising explosive new questions about the scope of the investigations surrounding President Trump.

On Just the News, John Solomon tells Rep. Warren Davidson that investigators used a pen register on Susie Wiles’ phone, tracking contacts with at least 21 Trump-affiliated lawyers while she was managing Trump's 2024 campaign.

Davidson says the revelations show why congressional reforms aren't enough—and argues there must finally be real consequences when government surveillance powers are abused.

His answer when Solomon asks how Washington stops it from happening again?

“You do it by putting people in jail.”

Davidson also warns that if surveillance tools can't be protected from abuse, Congress may ultimately need to eliminate some of those powers altogether.
