In today's video visit a rental property for a new customer. The tenant inside complained that the air conditioner would not come back on after the power went out the other day. What I found was a blown transformer and no apparent reason for it to have blown. Also, the five amp fuse was not blown. I replaced the transformer and tested operations. The only thing I really found was that the condenser coil needed cleaning. I mean, there were other problems like the filters not large enough. The gas line is not hooked up correctly and the flu pipe is not hooked up correctly. But customer wants to deal with that later..
