In today's video, I'm visiting a rental property where the air-conditioning was not working at all. In fact when I found the system, it seems like it was short cycling outside. The reason for the short cycling was the low pressure switch, causing the contactor to jump in and out. So I stopped and did a leak search. I found the evaporator coil inside only three years old leaking pretty bad. I hope you enjoy the video.
