This is what Windsor mayoral candidate Drew Dilkens pledges to do about housing — if he's re-elected

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilken aims to build 5,000 new homes in his next term, proposing the conversion of the old St. Michael's School site into cooperative housing. This initiative targets affordable options for seniors to encourage downsizing, thereby freeing up family-sized housing stock. The project seeks to balance density with neighborhood compatibility.
