Stop breaking Down at the Neustadt Wine Festival

Saturday 5 October 2019, the second year running for me to play at the Neustadt Wine Festival.

I played indoors on Wednesday, but it wasn't raining on Saturday, so I played outside. Almost like playing on the street. I even picked up some busking tips in my guitar case, and I sold some CDs too. Martin and Paola who run the festival are extremely nice people and they always look after me.

This version of 'Stop Breaking Down' (written by Robert Johnson) happened near the end of my final set and it is quite a different version from my usual one. I was very much enjoying the funky blues feel.

The footage was filmed by Marga Fernandez, and the video is created with the support of my loyal patrons at https://www.patreon.com/Markus_K. I invite you to join the inner circle of this small group of supporters. My patrons will receive an mp3 of the recording, to play on their computer and/or mobile device.

You can find a recording of 'Stop Breaking Down' on the very first album I recorded with my GILES power trio, back in 2002. Have a listen to the tracks of the album here:
