One Camelback, a former office tower at a busy Phoenix intersection, has officially reopened as a luxury residential complex after a decade of vacancy. Following years of delays and foreclosure, new owners invested $80 million to convert the building into 163 high-end units featuring premium amenities and retail spaces.
