Midterms Have Gotten 'Ugly' for Republicans: Cook

Cook Political Report Founder and Contributor Charlie Cook says the midterm landscape has deteriorated sharply for Republicans in the past month as energy costs, tariffs and affordability concerns hit voters. He says the Democratic brand remains weak, arguing voters are "not voting for Democrats" so much as "voting against Republicans."
