Summit cold case: DNA technology could help identify man found in canal 20 years ago

Investigators are seeking the public's help to identify a man whose body was found floating in the I.N.M. Shipping canal in Summit on January 3, 2005. Despite the medical examiner determining the cause of death as drowning, the man's identity and the circumstances of his death remain a mystery after nearly two decades.
