Moncloa replica a Vivas sobre las llamadas a Sánchez por Ceuta

The Spanish government has released a log of phone calls between Moncloa and the president of Ceuta, Juan Jesús Vivas, to refute claims that Vivas was ignored during a migration crisis. While Vivas alleged he made ten calls and only reached a cabinet chief, Moncloa asserts that nine calls were exchanged and all were handled promptly.
