Mexico's National Guard welcomes feisty new recruit — 'Comando' the Chihuahua

Comando is an adopted dog serving with the National Guard in Chihuahua. Rather than performing operational duties, he focuses on social proximity activities. His presence helps break stereotypes about the size of working dogs and humanizes the armed forces, fostering trust, empathy, and a closer relationship between the National Guard and the local community.
