Ex-Gwinnett deputy & woman face child sex charges

A former Gwinnett County Sheriff's Deputy, Riley Willis, has been arrested in Butts County for sex crimes involving a minor while already out on bond for similar charges. Investigators reveal a disturbing pattern of behavior involving a victim he first met online when she was 13. A second woman, Elaine Davidson, has also been arrested for facilitating these crimes in exchange for financial gain.
