El Tribunal Supremo inadmite a trámite la demanda por protección al honor de Julio Iglesias

The Spanish Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit filed by singer Julio Iglesias against Vice President and Minister of Labor Yolanda Díaz for protection of honor. The court ruled that it lacks jurisdiction because the Minister's comments were not made in the exercise of her official duties, directing the case to be handled by lower civil courts instead.
