Action News obtained surveillance video showing the moment bystanders first noticed a body in the road just before 8 p.m. Monday along Sunset Road near Hospital Drive.
The video was captured from a dark alleyway across the street from Virtua Willingboro Hospital.
An Action News crew watched the same surveillance footage that detectives did after they were done, and from what we could tell, it did not clearly show how the victim's body ended up on the side of the road.
