THIS HAIR IS AMAZINGLY SOFT + BEAUTIFUL! The lace frontal came pre-plucked and the frontal fit perfectly to my head. I did bleach the knots and co-wash the hair off camera prior to installing. The shipping was very fast, it was sent via FedEx. The company staff is very friendly and responsive.
