Homewise Appliance - Same Family. New Name. 45 Years.

For 45 years, our name has evolved. Our commitment to our customers hasn’t.

What began as a family appliance business in 1981 has grown across three generations into Homewise Appliance—one of Northern California’s largest independent appliance retailers.

In this special anniversary film, the family behind Homewise Appliances shares the story of where we started, how the business grew, the lessons learned along the way, and why changing our name marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter—not a departure from who we’ve always been.

From Airport Appliances to Airport Appliance, Airport Home Appliance and now Homewise Appliance, every chapter has been built around the same idea: helping families make the right choice for their homes.
Same family. New name. 45 years.

Thank you to our customers, employees, manufacturer partners and communities who have been part of our story. We couldn’t have built it without you—and we’re just getting started.
