2026 September 27 - Andromeda Before Photoshop

In today's image, we see an image of the Andromeda Galaxy consisting of hundreds of five minute exposures stacked together. The first image shows the raw image with satellite trails, airplanes, cosmic rays, and bad pixels. The second image shows the cleaned up version after processing.
