Fortuitous | My First Feature Film | Living My Dreams While Caring for Mama
Hey family! I’ve been struggling to post here on Divas and Dementia. I have tons of content and no time to edit.
Many of you know me as a caregiver to my mom, who’s living with dementia. But what you may not know is that I also wrote, directed, produced, and starred in my very first feature film — FORTUITOUS.
Balancing caregiving and creativity isn’t easy, but it’s possible. Mama’s journey taught me strength, grace, and perseverance — lessons that helped me bring this film to life.
This movie explores forgiveness, addiction, incarceration, love, and second chances — themes close to my heart. And while Divas and Dementia isn’t my film channel, you all are family, and I wanted to share this special moment with you.
