Police: Teen critical after accidental shooting; man arrested

A 22-year-old man, Edward Brown, has been arrested after accidentally shooting a 16-year-old friend in the face during a gathering at a Daytona Beach apartment complex. The victim remains in critical condition. Brown is being held without bond on charges of attempted manslaughter of a child, as a judge deemed him a danger to the community.
