The Big Island of Hawaii could see devastating flooding from Nolo

Tropical system Nolo is approaching Hawaii and may be more severe than previous storm Lala. Forecasts suggest it could become a major hurricane by the weekend. Depending on the timing of its turn to the west, the Big Island could face its strongest storm since the 1950s, bringing heavy rainfall, flooding, landslides, and dangerous waves.
