Business Spanish — Emails, Meetings and Clients

Speaking Spanish and working in Spanish are two different skills. Plenty of learners can hold a conversation and still freeze when it's time to write a formal email, contribute to a meeting, or present results to a client — because in business, tone and structure matter as much as vocabulary. This course covers that side of the language. You'll start with the distinction that trips people up most — formal versus informal Spanish at work — then learn to write professional emails with the right structure, request and confirm information, and handle problems and follow-ups in writing. From there: structuring and delivering presentations, transition language, explaining data and graphs, running and participating in meetings, interrupting and clarifying politely, negotiating conditions, and job interviews. The client section covers presenting products, answering questions, handling complaints and offering solutions, alongside internal communication — assigning tasks, giving project updates, working with suppliers. The course closes with full simulations: a business meeting, a client call and a negotiation, so you see it all working together. Best for learners at A2–B1 level.
