Barrage of bullets kills 19-year-old entering rideshare in Philadelphia

A 19-year-old teenager was shot and killed in Overbrook while attempting to enter an Uber. The attack was characterized by extreme recklessness, with approximately 66 shell casings found at the scene. While the Uber driver escaped unharmed, the victim died after being transported to the hospital. Police are currently investigating the incident as a targeted homicide.
