APD release body cam video of ICE shooting

A man, identified as Garces Perez, was shot in the back by ICE agents in North Austin following a vehicle pursuit. Dashcam footage from an off-duty detective captured the initial traffic stop, while bodycam footage showed the victim wounded. While the victim's attorney claims he was shot after a side-swipe collision, APD is continuing to process evidence to determine the facts.
