Metro bus crash arraignment delayed yet again

Bailey Lynn Rios, the suspect in a fatal Chatsworth Metro bus crash that killed two people, has a new arraignment date set for this Thursday. Despite requests from her defense for more recovery time, the judge followed the Sheriff's Department's assessment that she is medically fit for transport.
