Kanak Jha vs Dang Qiu | MS QF | #WTTAstana 2026

Loves to serve with float meaning no spin short to your forehand and then that's who will come behind it. Oh we caught that fast change of direction from the fire it back at you seriously quick clever adjustment from that is world class from job getting really sharp from the american losing the name the hamburger hamburger germany i'll think about a few more that is so clever and again the same thing on the heavy spinny serve into the backhand sure to toss that time it was a slower this feels bigger for the american to try and get this first game on the board again he swarmed the table he managed to force thanks you backwards with a fake like he was going to forehand oh it nearly came down it comes at you so fast and he's able and we might see an early time out here from the german again look at how easy has played down the line with his backhand at times again it's just subtlety again he just died he's within two now of a two-game lead it's gonna be really difficult once you find yourself back there importantly you'll have at least four serves again a half-long serve can act with a little bit of a would face the winner of flavian cotton and li tian yang coming up a little bit later on in our show so excited for that one oh it's a big rally german survived you need to watch that match up later flavian cotton against the chinese young defender li tian yang to call him a defender is he has got his time out both of them still do they'll have 60 seconds that is an amazing point felt he's had the opportunity to and then he's also slowed it down and played up the parallel like that last one at times the american inside to create space and bomber a forehand from there it's best of five so it is must win for him again he's just settling there's a wonderful serve receive from a slow spinner from dang choo he can be adaptable in that one came up with the right choices both of these two more often than not which means these two time it and have a response waiting you can't attack it with pace you're gonna have to roll it up which is why he takes a step back and just gets ready for a big shot the more that's a ridiculous rally and have trained thousands of hours together they know each other's game plans how did can i oh this feels like the momentum is firmly now with dank you oh my word can i go not far away from a decider for an american timeout now we'll likely hold it until the final game yeah wide he's doing unpredictable things and that's just making it much harder for can i jar look at this control aimed and fired when he needed to but he's also just rolled the ball back on when he's needed to as well and he is firmly now in the driver's seat of this matchup at this quarterfinal cannot jar is a monster in deciding games he's a beast thank you again expect a little bit more that's another wonderful serve both of these players do speak german they both speak english gotta believe that's coach pizzagaro in the corner of canak that is just too good oh my word he's strategically target the weak points and since then it's been one-way traffic hey look at this though it's been possibly going up a parallel coming from canak here we tried for the forehand flick it was there but he couldn't god i believe if there's a comeback coming from the american it's got to happen now uh honestly he's changed direction really well dang shoe has got him in a choke hold yeah it's seriously good from the german don't be mistaken by the high five there's a lot of mutual respect and friendship between these two but
