Principles of international environmental law

This clip introduces the field of international environmental law. After a short description of its main sources (a multitude of treaties) and characteristics, I move on to discuss three general principles that can offer us guidance in navigating this field. This clip specifically addresses the first of these, namely the no-harm principle.
