Inside Uniquely Designed 250sqft Tiny House Wagon!

Have you ever seen the wagons online that are for rent? You can come stay at one. They're out west or all throughout the U.S., but they've never been quite nice enough. They've always lacked in some feature. Well, I think I finally found the one for you. This wagon lacks no features. It's very luxurious, king-size bed, A.C., living room, full bathroom. It's hooked up to the grid, yet it's still a wagon. It's a modern wagon, though. It looks amazing from the exterior. I just am fascinated with the way these look and operate. But inside, it is way more spacious than I thought. There's way more features than I thought as well, and I love this. I'm gonna be giving you a tour of the space today. Let's check the space out. If you're a fan of the channel, you know that I love shepherd's huts. They're really big in the U.K. I have one on my own property. It's gonna be on Airbnb very, very soon. So when I saw this one, I was very curious to come check it out. It's similar. It's not the exact same as my shepherd's hut. This, according to the website, captures the spirit of a classic Swedish wagon. It has large wooden spoke wheels. The overall aesthetic is just a little bit different than a traditional shepherd's hut based in the U.K., or even a wagon that would be going across the Oregon Trail that this also slightly resembles. This isn't an old one, though. This is a brand new one built for today and to live in comfortably. And it's not meant to move, of course. I'm very excited to tour this space because I think it is very unique and very cool. And I think you guys will like it, too, if you ever want to try something different out. We're here just outside of Austin, Texas at Legume Retreats. Let me tell you about it a little bit. Legume Retreat is right outside of Dripping Springs, Texas, which is outside of Austin, Texas. So we're about an hour outside of Austin. This is a luxury retreat that has multiple cabins on the property. We're in the hill country of Texas, and there's a ton of space here at the retreat. All of the places are unique, including this one, which is where we're going to be starting today. This is the Nomad Wagon. As we walk up the steps, this sits extremely high off the ground, probably about four or four and a half feet. There are six steps total here. That just shows how big this unit really is. These wooden spoke wheels on the exterior hold up everything. I also really like the modern take to the canopy on top. So this is a metal roof. It is completely curved, though. It looks fantastic. And there's a couple bump outs on both sides as well to give us a little bit extra space. Now, looking from the exterior, you might think this is small and just slightly uncomfortable. That is not the case at all. This is bigger than a lot of tiny houses that I've been to, and I think it will surprise you. But there's one last thing I want to show you before we walk in. This is built by Conestoga Wagons. I think that's how you say it. It's USA made, which is really cool. Made for a luxurious retreat. So let's walk inside. Walking inside, I am so surprised by how comfortable and luxurious this space really is. Inside, you would never think you're on a wagon. You're on four wooden wheels and you can be moved around anywhere. No, we are in a luxury tiny house that is air conditioned. There's running hot water. There's Wi-Fi. This is a full-on luxury living situation. And I haven't seen anything quite like this. So I was really intrigued whenever I saw this online and I wanted to come check it out. So inside, I love it. First off, we have the curved roof and it's canvas on the inside, which is really neat because it's not canvas on the exterior. So there are levels of material to this. We are exposed directly to the elements. And like I said, it's air conditioned. It is 95 degrees here in Texas and it is 68 degrees inside of this wagon, believe it or not. It is a full-on tiny house. But whenever you walk in, what do we have in here? How is the space laid out? We have the living space here in front of us and right here on the right side, there's enough room for a couch. I really like this. A lot of tiny houses don't have couches or comfortable seating areas. We do have a couch here and I really, really like that. Also, I wanna say this is probably 10 foot wide, which is wider than I would expect it. I would expect it about eight foot wide. No, it's about 10 foot wide. The ceilings are plenty tall. I like it. And now over on the other side, we have a small kitchenette and that is okay because I'll explain why here later. But here we do have a small refrigerator and this basket has your utensils like dishes. There's forks and knives in there. There's also dishes up here and we have an espresso machine if needed, which is really handy. So just a small kitchenette. This corner is where your fireplace is at, which is really cozy in those winter months to have this fireplace here. It looks like a pellet stove, which is really cool. I have a pellet stove at my house. That's how I heat up my entire house in the winter. I love it because it gives you that real fire, but it's really easy to use and you can kind of just set it and leave it. I'm not seeing a pellet stove in an Airbnb ever, so that's pretty cool. So the majority of the space in here is taken up by the king-size bed. And you can see there is plenty of space to move around here. From the exterior, you would have never expected to see a king-size bed inside and one with this much room. I can easily walk without even hitting my head on all sides of the king-size bed. And there's even enough room for nightstands on both sides with light switches. You got your own table here. It's fantastic. It is comfortable. I am genuinely so surprised by how nice it is in here. Also, I mentioned there's air conditioning in here. Well, that's hidden underneath the bed here. You can see the vents and it has been keeping this place cool, which is fantastic. So great use of space there to hide the AC unit underneath the bed frame. If we continue back around this way, I love the windows here. So you'll notice that there's three windows on this side, three windows on this side. This door leads you to your full-size bathroom. Yes, there's a full-size bathroom here and there's a vanity right here in front of us. We have the mirror. We have a black toilet and we also have a full-size shower in here as well. And even a spot to hang up your clothes. So they leave some ropes here for you. You can put your luggage here. You can hang up your clothes here if you'd like. So there's a small little closet system for you. And overall, a nice size bathroom. And there's also another AC unit up top at the ceiling as well. So we can get this place really cold if you'd like. We'll close this back up. It's incredible how much space there is in here. Now, before we make it to the market and the event space, which is really cool, we do have an outdoor space here that's personal to the wagon. We have a Nordic hot tub right here. I love how it's just sitting underneath these oak trees and the beautiful hill country of Texas. Definitely enjoy this in the fall months, which is coming up. The winter months, very, very cozy. We have some outdoor seating options here as well. And over here on this side, we do have this canopy. You can open it up like I do, or you can close it if the sun is really shining and get a little bit of shade. We have an outdoor dining table. We have a grill, and we also have an outdoor sink, which is really interesting to have. I haven't seen that too often. And now that leads me to the rest of this property, though.
