Rescued horse recovering after alleged neglect in Flagler County

A 27-year-old horse named Laredo is recovering at the SKC Hands Up rescue in Flagler County after being found severely starved and neglected. While the man responsible for his care was arrested, Laredo has gained 150 pounds thanks to dedicated care. The rescue is now seeking donations to support Laredo and the 80 other animals they house.
