School gun incident, Franklin man charged

A Franklin man, Stephen Trudell, has been charged with pointing a firearm at an Indian Community School employee during a property dispute. Separately, a Walgreens security guard, Victor Wallace Nelson, faces charges after shooting a man following a shoplifting confrontation in Milwaukee.
