Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2–3 mm.
Cut into circles with a diameter of 9–10 cm.
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes (until golden brown).
Chop 50 g of chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Spread the chocolate over the surface of the pastries.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
Place in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set.
150 g pitted cherries.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
40 g sugar.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes.
20 ml water + 10 g cornstarch.
Stir constantly while cooking until the mixture thickens.
Let it cool to room temperature.
300 ml heavy cream (33–36% fat content).
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (or to taste).
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
30 g chocolate shavings.
Pipe the cream onto the pastries.
Drizzle the cherry sauce over the top.
Garnish with canned cherries.
