GORGEOUS GIFTS - SUCCULENT POTTING BAR & GIFT SHOP
These 6” succulent arrangements are supplied to national chains such as Target, Walmart, Meijer and Trader Joe’s to name a few. The pots vary, but they are all 6”, no drainage, 4 plants, plastic insert with drainage and coco coir peat moss soil. These originate from a fabulous grower here in Ohio. The plants are always healthy, pest free and well rooted. I love that I can get them wholesale and pick them up!

Though they violate the golden succulent rule “must have drainage”. They thrive just as they are when watered at the right time with some understanding.

The soil is often full of roots, this will help it dry out.

1. Wait until all plants have softening lower leaves

2. Lift them out and fill 1/4-1/3 of the bowl with water

3. Replace and let it soak up. Often all water will soak up in an hour.

4. Check plant firmness the next day. If the plants are firm and the soil is sopping, you can squeeze excess water out. If you want it to dry out even faster, leave the root ball out in the air for a day or two. If plants aren’t firm and soil has a lot of dry spots…repeat process, more water is needed.

I’ve kept these for over 2 years in the same soil it came in. And cared for hundreds of them this way without ever losing one. Keep it directly in a south or east window and water when softening.
