Beyond Success Leadership Programme highlights 

At Jaguar Land Rover,
Amid everything that has been happening, the Christians at JLR Network had a wonderful reason to celebrate as we came together for an e-certificate sharing session, recognising colleagues who successfully completed the Beyond Success Leadership Course earlier this year in July. 
And there’s plenty to celebrate.

📈About  140 colleagues took part in the Beyond Success programme. 
📈Circa 50 participants successfully completed the course📈 45% completion rate🤝 Colleagues from various sites and functions came together on a journey focused on leadership, personal growth, purpose and making a positive difference to others.
But the real impact of Beyond Success isn’t just in the numbers or the certificates — it’s in the people.

We caught up with some of the participants to hear, in their own words, what the programme meant to them, what they learned and how it has helped them in both their personal and professional development.
