Store owner not sure why he can't get more gasoline

Safi's General Store in Albert Beach and other local stations are facing unprecedented fuel shortages. Store owner Jerry Barasa reports that multiple independent suppliers are unable to provide gas due to limited availability at Winnipeg's terminals, where facility malfunctions are restricting the number of trucks that can be loaded and dispatched.
