There was something real between us, but it fell apart like a broken glass. You can't put the pieces back together and expect it to hold water. With that being said, you can't rewind time before you broke the glass. And now that history is a part of our story, I feel like I understand you so much better. Your laughter rings bells inside of me and your smell is as contagious as ever. The time we had apart has made it clear to me how much I need you.
