Hakeem Jeffries officially declared war on the communist left.
The same bloodthirsty monster Hakeem helped create is now coming for his job.
So in a desperate act of self-preservation, Timu Obama went on live TV to condemn and
attack the socialist radical agenda as un-American.
He even gambled his entire political career by crossing the left's red line and holding
a private meeting with Donald Trump's son.
As always, like the video and subscribe to the channel.
This is going to be a good one.
But let's start with Hakeem on Meet the Press saying he is completely against the socialist
movement.
I want to ask you about what is effectively a battle taking place inside the Democratic
Party.
Longtime Democratic official Rahm Emanuel, who, as you know, is also eyeing a potential
run in 2028, recently described Democratic socialists this way.
Take a look.
You know, last weekend in Chicago, the DSA held their convention.
You're not Democrats.
You're a separate party.
I'll see you in November.
Do Democratic socialists belong in the Democratic Party, Leader Jeffries?
Well, what I can say is that I do not support defunding the police.
I do not support open borders.
I do not support abolishing the Senate.
We're focused on actually solving problems that hardworking American taxpayers want us
to solve, which is to lower the high cost of living in a situation where life is far
too expensive in this country.
That's the Democratic agenda.
That's what House Democrats are fighting to achieve.
Do you think, though, that there is room in the Democratic Party under the tent of the
Democratic Party for Democratic socialists?
Is it big enough?
Well, listen, I don't support the DSA agenda, as has been articulated by the DSA itself.
You see, Hakeem Jeffries was perfectly content fanning the flames of left-wing revolution
when he thought it suited him, when he and Chuck Schumer thought they could contain and
control the energy and anger and channel it towards their own ends.
They thought they could leverage the violent revolutionary left to attack Donald Trump
so the Democrat establishment could regain power.
But he gravely underestimated how much the communist left, the Islamists, and the third
worldists view the Democrats and Donald Trump as two sides of the same coin.
And they've launched a successful mutiny of the Democrat Party.
They're being more open and brazen about their desire for radical change, not just reform.
They don't just want free health care.
They want to abolish the Senate, abolish the presidency, abolish the Supreme Court, abolish
police, abolish jails, abolish borders, and completely recreate the constitution of the
United States.
And that radical anti-American revolutionary commitment is required for DSA candidates
to get the endorsement of the party.
So kudos to Hakeem for disavowing the more extreme parts of their agenda.
But since they want to take his job too, he's now saying, you know what, I don't even support
Medicare for All.
All right, let's move on to Medicare for All.
You co-sponsored Medicare for All legislation from 2013 to 2021.
You've not co-sponsored it since you became Democratic leader.
Will you put Medicare for All up for a vote if you become speaker?
Well, listen, these are all conversations that the House Democratic Caucus is going
to have to have.
Right now, we're focused on November 3rd, not January 3rd.
What we are promising the American people is that we're going to fight to make health
care affordable for every single American.
And we know there's a lot of damage that Republicans have done that we've got to restore and repair.
For instance, Republicans have enacted the largest cut to Medicaid in American history.
More than a trillion dollars or so has been cut from Medicaid.
And what you're going to have is about 14 million Americans lose access to health care.
Do you personally support Medicare for All?
No, as you indicated, I haven't co-sponsored the Medicare for All legislation that has
been introduced over the last several years.
Hakeem embodies everything wrong with modern politics and the inevitable problematic outcome
with universal suffrage.
People who are smart enough to understand what they're promising will be impossible
to deliver.
But they do it anyway, otherwise they'll lose to the other guy who's campaigning on delivering
unrealistic promises.
And politics devolves into a game of lies, empty promises, and emotional manipulation.
He who promises the most free stuff will collect the most votes.
And that's why Hakeem was happy to co-sponsor Medicare for All legislation when he wasn't
the Speaker of the House.
But now that his reputation for being able to get bills passed is on the line, he wouldn't
dare touch something so stupid, financially unfeasible, and unrealistic.
But the left was not a fan of Walmart Obama saying he's against Medicare for All.
And even one of Hakeem's biggest supporters, Charlemagne Tha God, turned against him.
The doggie of the day for Tuesday, August 18th, goes to one of the most confusing people
in American politics, Congressman Hakeem Jefferson.
Well, actually he's not confusing.
If you follow the corporate PAC money, then you know exactly why Hakeem moves the way
he moves, okay?
It's the reason they call him AIPAC Shakur.
It's the reason they call him AIPAC Rocky.
But today, we aren't here to talk about AIPAC.
We are here to discuss Medicare for All.
But I have a question for Hakeem Jeffries in regards to Medicare for All.
Simply, what changed?
Okay, right?
Hakeem, in September of 2019, you became a co-sponsor of the Medicare for All Act.
Then in 2021, Hakeem, you know, you wasn't just somebody who eventually jumped onto Medicare
for All.
No, you was an original co-sponsor of the Medicare for All Act of 2021, meaning when
that bill was introduced, your name was already on it.
Okay, now fast forward to 2026, Hakeem Jeffries, as you just heard, goes on Meet the Press
and says Medicare for All is not legislation that he currently co-sponsors or supports.
Once again, what changed?
What did you learn between 2021 and now that changed your mind?
What changed is Hakeem Jeffries could no longer virtue signal and morally grandstand.
He could no longer effortlessly milk those free compassion points and would actually
have to expend his political capital to put together a bill that would be dead on arrival.
As Speaker of the House, you're expected to be politically savvy, to cut deals, to
make promises, all to get things done.
And Hakeem wasn't willing to risk his reputation to embark on a mission that was failed from
the beginning.
But Great Value Obama isn't just getting attacked from the left flank, he's also getting attacked
from the moderates in his party, all claiming the Democrats need new leadership.
Two incumbent Democrats, two Democrats you know well and you supported them, lost their
primaries to progressive challengers endorsed by the New York City Mayor Zoran Mamdani.
Here's how one swing state Democrat responded to all that.
I'm going to get your reaction, but listen to this.
We have literally found ourselves in a situation where we just don't have people who
understand the moment and understand what leadership means.
When you talk about new leadership, well, Hakeem Jeffries is the Democratic lead in the
House and Chuck Schumer is the Democratic lead in the Senate.
When you talk about new leadership, that would mean they're out in favor of somebody else.
Is that what you're saying?
I'm saying if people can't understand that the game has changed, I mean, this is you,
this is you're the sports guy.
If people can't understand that the game has fundamentally changed and they can't adapt,
then they need to let others lead.
So what do you say to Slotkin about that?
Are you the right person to continue to lead the Democrats in the House?
And if, in fact, the Democrats become the majority in the House, are you ready and you
think you're likely to be elected speaker?
Well, listen, what's in front of us right now is we got to do everything to take back
control of the House of Representatives.
That's actually the moment.
So moderate Democrats believe Hakeem Jeffries has no tact and is powerless to stop the
socialist takeover of their party.
The left views Hakeem Jeffries as an AIPAC monkey and part of the same uniparty that the
Republicans are in.
Hakeem wants to win the midterms, but winning the midterms means embracing socialism.
But if he embraces socialism too much, then that's a direct threat to his own self
interest. And let me remind you, this colossal problem is only because the Democrats
could not accept Donald Trump being elected president.
They called Republicans fascists.
They called Donald Trump a Nazi and urged their party to get extreme in order to meet
the moment. And what Democrat supporters saw their politicians doing to meet the moment
was gathering outside the Capitol and engaging in sing song hour, gathering at federal
buildings and getting denied entry and then going home sad and defeated.
And so the violent radicals looked at that and said, get out of the way, we'll handle it
from here. And Hakeem Jeffries, thinking he was some clever grand puppeteer, said, OK,
have at it. Embrace anarchy, do whatever you want so long as it furthers the Democrat
Party's position. And now Democrats are realizing the plague they unleashed on America
is now their problem, too.
That's why Hakeem had a private meeting with Donald Trump's son in law to discuss how
they might stop this communist issue.
Can you explain what was the specific objective of this meeting you had with Jared
Kushner in New York?
Oh, good morning, Wolf. Great to be with you.
And as we've repeatedly indicated as House Democrats from the beginning of this
Congress, we're committed to pushing back against the extremism that has been unleashed
on the American people every day, every week, every month, year after year until we can
end this national nightmare at the same period of time.
Of course, we have a responsibility to solve problems.
And sometimes that means meeting with people on the other side of the aisle to figure out
what the opportunities will be in order to address the things that the American people
definitively want us to address, which from our standpoint is the reality that the cost
of living in this country is way too high.
Far too many people are working hard.
They're playing by the rules.
They can't thrive and they can barely survive.
That's not an acceptable situation.
And we've got to address that affordability crisis, which is not a hoax.
It's very real.
I hear about it every day here in Brooklyn and across the country.
And we're determined to do something about it.
So did you accomplish anything specific during this meeting with Kushner?
No, it was just a high level topical conversation, particularly focused on affordability, as
well as the housing bill that was recently passed and enacted into law as a foundation
for the type of thing that perhaps can be built upon moving forward.
So basically, he met with Jared Kushner so they could both productively talk about how to
solve the affordability crisis, because if both sides don't take it seriously, this
communist virus will continue to grow, spread and fester.
But to the radical left, this confirms everything they already thought about Hakeem
Jeffries. He's willing to partner with the Nazis.
He's willing to work with the Nazis just to stop their just and glorious revolution.
In their mind, it's a human rights violation to even mutter the name Donald Trump, let
alone hold a private meeting with a member of the fascist first family.
So this gamble has to pay off for Hakeem Jeffries because he's officially crossed a line
he cannot return from.
But the final thing Hakeem did might be the most unforgivable from the left.
He attacked their darling poster child, Hassan Piker.
And another important issue, Leader Jeffries, you issued a statement yesterday slamming
what you called the malicious claim that American Jews are inviting violence against
themselves as, quote, dangerous and anti-Semitic.
Was that in reference to far left influencer Hassan Piker and his recent very
controversial comments?
Yes, those comments were dangerous, malicious and anti-Semitic.
Hassan Piker's clout among Democrats, though, particularly some younger Democratic
voters, seems to be growing.
We saw, for example, this prominence in the Michigan Senate Democratic primary.
So why not call him out by name in your statement if you feel so passionately about this
issue? I've just addressed Hassan Piker's comments as it relates to the Jewish
community as forcefully as I can, and I will continue to do that.
Yes, but in your original statement, he was not addressed by name.
That's why I was raising the question.
I want to repeat the last thing Hakeem Jeffries said.
He's addressed Hassan Piker's comments as forcefully as he can, as he can being the
key part. Hakeem has to be very careful.
He still has to walk a tight wire.
Hakeem is a representative from Brooklyn, which is right smack dab in the heart of
Mamdanistan. And you can believe if Hakeem does too much to push against the socialist
movement, Mamdani will campaign hard against him.
He will expend all of his terrorist capital to make sure he unseats Hakeem Jeffries.
And Hakeem knows this.
Hakeem represents the old Democrat Party, where black voters used to be celebrated and
uplifted as the Democrats' favorite victimized identity group.
But that political capital has been transferred to the Islamist, to the Hispanics, to the
third worlders, especially in New York City.
And that's why Hakeem is taking such an extreme gamble meeting with Trump's son-in-law,
because if he doesn't get a lid on this bubbling socialist takeover before it boils
over, he won't just not be Speaker of the House.
He won't even have a seat in Congress.
