KJ Biermann’s Lawyer Fights to Keep Case Out of the Public Eye, Cites Polygraph

The motion states, essentially, the support for my argument, which I'm not going to go beyond and re-argue with the court after reviewing it, but seeing that the court has it. The concern here and the standard here is the harm, and this is where it comes from. This particular case, this is a unique case. I understand very well that my client's family has been a public life family. That public life started well before he was born, or right around the time he was first born, and then it continued throughout most of his life. I understand the state's position that a polygraph is not admissible unless it's agreed to. I've actually had two courts rule that my unilateral polygraph would be admissible if my client testified and was cross-examined, and then I could admit the polygraph. It is also used by our justice system. It is used by our sex offender registry system, our criminal department of community services.
