All right, in Bucks County. That's because we're going to Bucks County, Bob. That's why we're,
Bob. I'm Mike. We're going to Bob. Hi, Bob Kelly. So you're in a new place. It's pretty cool.
Yeah, this kind of reminds you of a speakeasy. First of all, you come off of Main Street,
you come down the steps. It's like in the lower level here. You don't even know it's here,
but what's great is the very first non-alcoholic spot here in Bucks County. Hi, Christa. How are
you? Good. How are you, Bob? Good. So tell me your background. You had a spot not too far from
here, which you still do. Yeah, we have a retail store in Buckingham, so that kind of started the
ball rolling on everything here, and we wanted to expand it into like a full-service hospitality
concept. I love it. So the full-service, the non-alcoholic stuff we've had before, and we're
going to show, talk about that, but you have everything down here as if we're really in
in a pub. You have board games that they can play. Yeah, absolutely. We have seven televisions,
board games. We have live music. We'll get you somebody to play checkers, don't worry. We have
DJ booths. We have an open mic night tonight. Okay. We show Eagles games on Sundays and run
specials during those times. And what's back here? We have a whole game room back here. Oh,
check this out. We have pool. We have darts. Another television back here for people to hang
out and just chill. So the concept is alcohol is not the driving factor here. Right, that you can
commune and spend time with people and socialize, and alcohol doesn't have to be the center of that
social occasion. You're right. I'll tell you, I mean, I feel like I'm in a bar. Yeah, absolutely.
It's meant to feel like a bar. It's meant to feel very familiar and traditional. And back here,
you have the drinks, which actually look just like I'm at the pub. Yeah, absolutely. So this
right here is an espresso martini. Yeah, so this has a non-alcoholic vodka in it. It has a Amaro
alternative. We use fresh espresso. Yeah, I can't even tell the difference. I know. It's amazing.
So what is this stuff here? Look, you got the little pretty. This is one of our tiki drinks
that we have on the menu. It's called a fandango. It's like a clarified punch. It tastes kind of
like a tropical banana bread. This is good. Now, let me ask you ladies right here. What do you like
most about coming here? I love that it's a family-friendly environment. There's no alcohol,
so I can bring my underage son. We can play board games, shoot pool. Yeah, I never thought of that.
How about yourself? Yeah, I just love a place to hang out with friends where I don't feel the
pressure of having to get anything to drink that has alcohol in it. Right, exactly. And again,
you know, coming in here, obviously, the stuff looks like, smells like. George, show me the
bottles over here, because if I ordered a gin and tonic, you have the drinks up there. We have
non-alcoholic gin. Yeah, absolutely. The bottle says gin on it. Yeah, we actually have quite a
few varieties. So things from like botanical style gins to London style dry gins. So I could get a
Tito's and water or something close to that. Yeah, you can have a vodka and cranberry if you want.
And you have the food. That's the other part of it, too. So let's start with that one right in
the middle. Oh my gosh, that's our Simon Says sandwich. Simon Says, eat it. It's like a peanut
butter and jelly, but we make it with candied potato chips. Oh, here, pass that down. Peanut
butter and jelly, that's right in my alley. It's whipped strawberry jam, peanut butter,
a whole banana. Look at this. It has candied potato chips on it, so it's a meal. And what
one is this called? It's called Simon Says. We actually named it after somebody who inspired it.
And tell me, what is this? This here is our Korean cheese dog. So it's like a big mozzarella
stick. It's coated in French fries. It's topped with gochujang, ketchup, and furikake, which is
like an Asian seasoning made with nori and sesame seeds. Cool. And then this here is like your
little pizza bagel. I mean, as traditional as it gets, like if you like after school snacks.
Wow. Pepperoni, mozzarella, cheese, bagel. So what are your hours here? We're open seven days a week.
We open at 11 a.m. daily, except 10 a.m. on the weekends. We're open until midnight, Friday and
Saturday. So just like a regular bar? Absolutely. Almost like Cheers, right? Remember Cheers?
Absolutely. You go down the stairs, just like Cheers. Now I'm going to go down here, just want
to ask some of these folks here, what's your favorite part about coming here? My favorite
part is that I'm openly sober and that there's somewhere that sober people can hang out and
have community and fun. And this is just so forward-thinking and amazing. Exactly. Yeah.
And you don't have to worry, like the other young lady said over there, being pressured to have a
drink, right? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Absolutely. You can come down here, be who you are and meet new
people and, you know, have a great experience. And you got that little cocktail umbrella.
How do I know what you're drinking, right? Yeah, exactly. The Cava Colada and it's, you know,
it's delicious and, you know, you don't have to worry about any pressure or anything like that.
Even best, they got silly straws. Absolutely. I love it. All right, so come on, this is great.
So we're on Main Street right here in the heart of Doylestown. Yes, absolutely. And you got to
come down the steps as if you, almost like Cheers. Yeah. Cheers came down the steps,
that reminds me of that. Yeah. Well, congratulations. All right, happy hour,
everybody. Come on. It's a great space. I love that. All the games and things. Yeah.
Friday and Saturday. All right.
