The project showcases a detailed police headquarters and a variety of custom-built mechs for both factions, enhanced by professional UV-printed decals to create a high-fidelity, cinematic sci-fi environment.
Today I'm building a battle between LEGO Aliens and Space Police, including a giant
base with a prison, custom mechs for both the police and the criminals, and spaceships
with some serious firepower.
The first set I bought for this battle comes with Brick Daddy, who is the main crime boss
for the aliens.
His ship is the Lunar Limo, which has a huge interior with space for two minifigures, a
trunk where the police can hide, and a blaster on the front which shoots a giant missile
for taking out enemies.
Another figure that's included with this set is Jawson, and I want to build a mech
for him to use in battle in case he needs to fight the space police.
I started by building an assembly for the torso and hips, and added Jawson to the cockpit.
I used clips and bars with a bunch of spikes to create the frame for the cockpit, and after
attaching it to the body, I added two red windshield pieces, and then I started on the
arms.
I built some armored shoulders with an armor plate up top, and added a forearm with a rotary
cannon attached instead of a hand.
I connected the arm, and after building the other side, I connected a buzzsaw and clipped
the arm to the torso.
For the legs, I used a bunch of spiky pieces in blue, and attached a foot with some more
spikes on the back.
With both legs attached to the mech, I decided to build a backpack with four sword pieces
as wings so the mech can fly.
I think this mech looks awesome, and it reminds me of the insectoids from an old lego space
theme.
It has a very unique look to it, and it's going to be a great addition to the alien
lineup.
To start the main base for the space police, I bought this set, which is one of the biggest
that I'll be using for this build.
It's a really cool looking set, and it has a ton of different features.
There's a command center at the top that has weapons racks and supplies for the police.
There's also a break room with a coffee machine, and on top of this section, you can park the
police speeders.
There's a target practice spot in the back, and on the left, there's a holding area for
the aliens which are trapped inside of these pods.
The front of the base opens up and has a vehicle that can move the prisoner transport pods around,
and there's also a ship included with Craniac.
He has a blaster on the front of his ship which can be used to free other aliens from
their transport pods.
These tiny speeders aren't going to be able to go after the lunar limo, so I bought this
undercover cruiser.
It's a transforming ship that looks like a regular cargo carrier most of the time, but
if you flip this part here, it transforms into a police cruiser and makes it perfect
for capturing Brick Daddy.
There's also a small ship included for Jawson, and it has some flick fire missiles which
can be a little hard to use.
Now that Brick Daddy's been captured, I need a better option for locking him up, so the
first expansion I want to make to the base is a maximum security prison cell.
I started with this plate, and then I added tiles to the floor.
Since Brick Daddy is rich, he bribed the owner of the prison to give him his own shower,
a luxury toilet, and a golden sink.
I also built a nice bed for him, and after placing everything in his cell, I added all
the walls and made a laser door at the front of the cell so he can't escape.
I also decided to build a small courtyard outside of the cell with some secure walls
and a picnic table in the middle for a nice spot to eat.
I need a place to put the villain's ships while they're in jail, so I want to build
an impound lot which I can put next to the base.
I grabbed two gray base plates and built a tall fence to go around the outside.
I used some large white fence pieces to make a gate, and I added lasers on the top for
extra security.
There's plenty of space here for Brick Daddy's ship, and I even left a little room for more
captured ships to be added in soon.
The base is getting bigger, and since the villains already have a mech, I need to increase
the police defenses.
I got a few stormtrooper mechs that I want to modify to make them guards for the base.
I started by removing all the armor plates from the arms and legs, and then I built some
new armor to match the theme better.
I added red and blue lights all over the mech, built a prison transport pod to be mounted
on the back, and then made a police baton with a shock coil on the end for taking out
escaped prisoners.
This mech looks great, but I want to take it to the next level by printing some custom
pieces.
Euphemake reached out to sponsor this video, and they sent me the E1 UV printer, which
I can use to print custom designs for my builds.
To start, I remade the space logo and used Euphemake Studio to line everything up so
it's ready to print.
This process was super easy to figure out, even though I've never done any UV printing
before.
After just two minutes, I have my custom tiles ready to go, and this gave me even more ideas.
I decided to make some more designs for the shoulders of the mechs to give them some unit
numbers.
I was even able to print some highly detailed warning label designs on these tiny tiles,
and the quality is very impressive.
After printing some more parts, I think these upgrades really improved the final design.
I also decided to print some custom armor plating for Jawson's mech from earlier,
so I used a small jig that I built to hold everything level, and the final prints look
great once they're attached to the mech.
I also made a warning sign for the front of Brick Daddy's prison cell to make sure the
police don't get burned by the lasers.
I'm working on more designs to make custom prints for the rest of the builds in this
video, but while those are printing, let's keep building.
I want to expand on the police base, so I decided to add some more room in the prison
for the space police to capture more aliens.
Starting with the back wall, I printed this panel with some graffiti from the aliens who
are captured here, and then I built the rest of the wall on the back and added bars to
the sides of the prison cell before making the interior.
I built some bunk beds for the aliens to sleep on, and added a sink, along with a few toilets
to the other side, and this is basically all the prisoners need.
After closing off the front of the cell, I moved Brick Daddy's section up to the roof
and made a long staircase going down to the main level.
I added some more picnic tables to the courtyard area and got some more aliens swapped into
their prison outfits to fill in the space.
I also added this police guard and grabbed one of the enforcer mechs from earlier to
keep an eye on Brick Daddy.
One of the aliens that came in the space police base is Craniac, and I want to build a mech
for him using some of the parts from his ship.
I started by building a black and orange torso, and after putting Craniac in the cockpit,
I closed it off with a black windshield.
I made a printed tile for the front with a unit number I came up with, and I built some
hips in black before moving on to the arms.
I built some bulky shoulders and printed some more tiles for detail with the skull logo
and a unit number for the mech.
I attached a forearm and printed some more detail tiles with mechanical symbols, and
after connecting a hand, I attached the arm to the torso and copied it over to the other
side.
I built the upper legs in black, lower legs in orange, and made a wide foot in black and
orange.
I attached both legs to the hips, and then I grabbed Craniac's ship and removed the
booster engines.
I bulked them up a little and connected them to the shoulders of the mech, and then I built
a small black jetpack for the back and connected some hose pieces.
I used the missile launcher from the ship as a weapon for one side, and I built a double
blade energy sword for the other side, and after connecting everything, this mech is
done.
I think this might be one of my favorite mechs from this video.
I like the unique color scheme I went with, but I also think the unique silhouette and
closed in cockpit look great.
The printed pieces take things to the next level, and I love the final result.
With the alien mech squad increasing, the police are going to need a bigger mech to
defend the base, so I'm going to build them a commander mech.
I started with an enclosed cockpit and added a blue windshield along with a few printed
ingot pieces for a little bit more detail.
I printed the space police logo for the front of the mech, and then I attached the hips
to the torso before adding another printed tile with a unit number for the mech.
On the arms, I printed some more tiles for detail with the police logo and a precinct
number to match the other space police mechs, along with another police logo on the forearm.
I connected the hand and attached the arm to the torso.
On the other arm, I added a printed tile for the unit number and another tile with the
space police logo.
Next, I built the legs in all white with some large knee pads and bulky feet which I connected
to the hips with ball joints on axles.
I added a jet booster to the back and built two large energy cannons to attach to the
top of the mech.
I found a tutorial for this gun which looks super cool, so I put it together and now the
mech is done.
This build ended up having so many prints, and I think it turned out pretty well.
It might be a little bit over detailed, but I like the concept and I feel like this is
a great addition to the police force which was pretty weak up until now.
This mech needs an area in the base for repairs and modifications, so I decided to build a
mech hanger.
I started with an industrial floor design with grates and tiles.
I printed this tile for the entry from the base, and then I started to work on the walls.
I built some large reinforced wall sections with scaffolding and panels and built around
the outside to create the room.
I used yellow scaffolding to create some towers, and then I built some walkways to connect
everything together.
I printed this computer screen for mech maintenance, and then I built a computer with a control
panel and placed it at the top of the tower.
I made some mechanical arms for working on the mech, and this mech hanger is ready to
go.
I bought this next set to keep expanding the police force.
It comes with a ship for the police that has a large cockpit area for the pilot, and if
you pull here, you can release the safe with the gold in it.
This set also comes with an alien called Frenzy.
He has a little ship that he can use to steal the safe, and I really like how crazy this
minifigure looks.
I have a few ships now for the space police, and they need to keep them somewhere, so I
want to continue adding to the base.
I decided to build a ship hangar next to the mech area where the police can park their
fleet, starting with a similar floor pattern to the last section.
I printed these big graphics on some tiles for the entrance of the hangar, and then I
continued the wall panel design over behind the ship bay.
This section is large enough to fit all the space police vehicles, and I think it looks
pretty awesome next to the mech hangar.
I actually built a mech for Frenzy a few years ago, so I decided to rebuild it for this video.
I made an enclosed cockpit with a dark windshield, and gave the mech four arms so that it matches
the alien inside.
After attaching all the arms, I built some green legs with big feet for stability.
I attached some large missile launchers to the top, and to finish things off, I printed
the skull logo for the alien gang and added it to the front of the torso.
I really like this build, and I think it's the perfect mech representation of Frenzy,
with the extra arms and all of its firepower.
The police are pretty overpowered though, so I want to keep building alien mechs.
I bought this set which comes with a tiny police speeder, but the main reason I wanted
it is because it comes with Squidman, who's also known as P.Squiddy, which is kind of
a crazy name to have these days.
I decided to build a mech for P.Squiddy, starting with a dark green cockpit and green windshield
piece that looks pretty retro.
I attached some hips to the torso, and then I built the legs with some slope pieces and
a bunch of armor plating with tiles and ingots.
After connecting the legs, I moved on to the shoulders of the mech, where I added a printed
tile with the skull logo and some giant spikes to give it a unique look.
I made upper and lower arm sections, added a hand, and then I attached some blaster barrels
to the forearms for weaponry.
I connected the arm to the torso, and duplicated it to the other side.
I inserted the hose pieces into the backpack, and built some laser cannons on top of the
cockpit.
The last thing I built was a jetpack with a printed detail tile to finish everything
off, and this mech is complete.
I'm really happy with how unique this build is, and I think it's a great addition to the
alien army.
I'm glad the large shoulder pieces ended up working here, and now I have just two more
mechs that I want to build to finish everything up.
The Skull Twins have the same mask as Craniac, but they're in gray.
I want to build some small mechs for these guys so they can be quick and agile.
I started with a small cockpit piece and added a printed Octan logo to the front before connecting
some black hips and short legs in black and red.
For one arm, I built a shoulder and connected a giant red sword, and then I built a blaster
for the other side and connected it to the hand.
I attached some rockets to the shoulders and built another copy of the mech for the second
Skull Twin.
I gave him some spring-loaded shooters on his shoulders and added a giant bionicle axe
piece to his forearm, and now both of these mechs are finished.
Building in this scale is pretty easy, but I like the vibe of these mini mech suits.
They have some good weaponry and firepower to round things out well for the aliens.
With all their mechs completed, the aliens are ready to invade the police headquarters,
so I connected everything together for the final battle.
The aliens are bringing their whole crew who hasn't been captured yet to try and break
out Brick Daddy and free the rest of their gang members.
Squidman easily takes out the enforcer guarding the impound lot, while Craniac and the Skull
Twins are fighting the police commander in the mech hangar.
Frenzy and Jawson are going for the prison break with lots of police units heading their
way to stop them.
Let me know who you think has the best chance of winning this battle in the comment section
