Tik Tok Shadow Ban - Offences against Artistic Freedom?

After opening an account at Tik Tok (2022) I uploaded videos there. First days counters count normal and Followers came, but suddenly all counters became frozen or stuck at their numbers or up to zero. I put a video link to the Tik Tok video with stuck zero views into a social media platform with large amount of users. Video there was publicly at Pos 1 - Tik Tok said it has zero views what is mathematically impossible. If there is a hidden Shadow Ban and discrimination of artistic freedom which is guaranteed by international laws and UNESCO then Tik Tok & Co. must be made responsible for it by prosecutors.
