A Giant Storm Is Coming...

A series of intense storm systems will bring severe weather and a transition toward fall temperatures across the U.S. While the Southern Plains and Mississippi Valley face continued extreme heat, cold fronts moving through the Midwest and Great Lakes will eventually provide relief, with some regions seeing the coldest air in four months.
