WHO coordinates expansion of Ebola treatment centre in DR Congo as death toll climbs

The Democratic Republic of Congo is battling its deadliest Ebola outbreak, with over 3,000 deaths and 6,186 infections. To combat the crisis, the WHO is expanding the Litia Treatment Centre in Ituru Province to increase bed capacity and improve hygiene facilities to better manage the rising number of patients.
