How to paint tote bag | mandala tote bag

Hi, Happy Monday. Today I'm going to give a little glow up to the toothpick I painted about 3 years back. This is the back. I know it's already looking good but I wanted to experiment adding a few dots and swooshes to the petals over here. Let's get started. I'm not sure why I left this space empty. Did not paint anything. Dots over here. In this layer I'm adding. Next I'm going to add purple swipes in the pink petal. So if you see what I'm doing here, I'm adding pink on all the purples and purple on all the pink petals. Let me use a brush for the next layer. So adding more layers until the space gets filled up. When I first painted tote bags, I had painted two of them. So after that I got an order to paint about 7-8 tote bags along with pouches personalized with the names of the employees for a company. So that went well and obviously got a better bag when I got that corporate order. I checked if the florals look good. That does look cute. So I'm going to add florals at the center. Okay, it's not at the center. I'll try wiping it and redoing it. Purple at the center and add a pink floral. While that dries, let me add pearl dots over here. I definitely feel now this bag looks fuller and prettier. Try again adding the central floral. Adding tiny swipes here with the pearl. That does look more complete and it's done. So yeah, that's how I painted a bag for myself to go out now and I'm getting late. So I'll see you all next Monday. Bye!
