Ronaldo's FRUSTRATION! | Al Nassr vs Al Ittihad 1-2 | Extended Highlights

Two former Portuguese international teammates Carried out to rice Here's our referee All of our match-efficient activity Around Al Nasser, of course Al-Hilal have been busy As the Al Etihad players and supporters United in passion Before this game And who knows, it could be the final time He'll face Al Etihad here in this stadium And it's Al Nasser who get the game underway In the white shirts with the gold trim Al Etihad in the famous tiger stripes Defending the goal away to our left In the first half But you feel, Courtney Sweetman-Kirk That Al Etihad have got to set the tempo here Came through a similar route to Mattis Jaisler, who was at Al Akhliouk About the sending off Angelo Al Abdi Forcing him inside He looks for Ronaldo And he finds Ronaldo But it's a bit of a trundle Into the arms of Fedrat Raikovic Quite an awkward ball It's bouncing, you see He hits it into the ground It's Cristiano Ronaldo Lopi again Alger Leydan has found some space Mane coming back to try and help deal with him Now Alger Leydan's cross is deep Looking for Awar And Blackwine! And it's saved by Al Akhliouk But in for Manila Kanya And Al Etihad have just the start they were looking for Al Akhliouk is not going to be happy with his defence here First and foremost, that's too easy In terms of the big switch of play Lack of urgency To get out to the cross This is a fantastic save, by the way The first one There's nothing he can do About the header, Al Akhliouk Putting that ball back across where it's come from He's sensing that he knows the goalkeeper's got to get up And where his weight distribution is And it's a really, really clever finish from the forward Well, not the start that many people were anticipating Alger Leydan, it was his cross which created the opportunity Al Ghamdi Lopi He's got there and delivered the cross in And once again, there's Anangelo Who's got Ronaldo in support As Al Nasser Try and find a way into this game Ronaldo was caught there By Faris Abdi And it will be a free kick Trying to talk himself out of a caution And it is a foul But it's a yellow card It's a touch on there To calm things down Mane Challenged by Al Ghamdi Rightly so I think the referee tries to play advantage And I think that's more Mane just feeling his way around I think there's any malice in that whatsoever There's barely any Al Ghamdi He strikes it But it's blocked by Al Nasser Painful one as well But here's Al Ghamdi with the cross Looking for Al Arwen Just to nod that Away to safety But again, for me, it's the lack of urgency And wide areas for Al Nasser To get out, to stop It goes short Ghamdi The angle for the cross is deep, Danilo Too easy For this cross to come in Record set by Al Ghamdi Mane Towards Ronaldo, cleared as far as Al Nasdi Ronaldo He couldn't really Coding for the best, the offside The issue in the end And you see, that's why Because initially That ball comes in from Mane And he's offside Slid in low towards Bergwijn And the flick finds it But the flag's up Let's have a closer look I don't actually think that was meant That's the problem With Al Nasser Being able to bring those big reinforcements in Here's Ronaldo though Beyond Rajkovic Kadesh Needs support, but it's guided away And then fired in by Jao Felix And the flag's up Offside in the first phase It was, just gets Behind the defence too quickly But yeah, going back to that You look at Al-Halal are a fantastic example The sign Kadesh Ghamdi again, Aouar Then Akane makes his move And there he is! And it's 2-0! What a night this is turning out to be For George, Ilhan Akane And Al Nasser Staring their first defeat as reigning champions Firmly in the face now It'll be looked at But this is what I'm impressed with, just watch him He checks his run, there he stops Excellent In behind Simakan on the blind side And that's the technical bit In the sense of Your intelligence, but my word The technical ability and the athleticism To get his leg up that high To make good contact with the ball Is superb, it really is Look at that for flight There's nothing Al-Hakidi can do about that one For a second time in the night Jao Felix with the delivery Simakan was challenging, the bodies go tumbling Tells everybody to get up Mane's cross Fisted away by Raikovic And then he was fouled And it will be a free kick Fighting crossing wasn't it Sadio Mane Keepers, as they rightly should so Just coming and clearing Simakan, forced to hurry Ilhan Akane closing him down Al-Hakidi only finding Awa Back towards Ilhan Akane who's Looking to go in for the hat trick Jao Felix Finding Mane Ronaldo Holds his run And Mane tries to pick him out And he wins the header but it's Picked up by Lopik Abdi, he's given the ball away And the early Crossing from Abushal and Al-Julaidan Has to send it behind for a corner Al-Nasr, Al-Nasri Mane Angelo Ronaldo And here is Jao Felix, he could be it, he brings it down Raikovic makes the stop, Angelo And Al-Nasr are Straight back in the game And that's what champions do How it had Been the dominant side but With one opportunity And it feels a very different Occasion First real chance of note to be honest Brilliant from Cristiano Ronaldo, wonderful little touch And thought the moment had gone here Jao Felix, I thought can you Hit that on your first touch He doesn't, Raikovic comes out and does ever so well The one question I have Is Jao Felix offside? Because the goalkeeper's Out of the game, he's certainly offside The question the VAR will be looking at Is Is he interfering, he tries his best You see Jao Felix to get himself Out of the way to make himself small, he doesn't make a Movement towards the ball So you'd probably like to think he's not Interfering with play but it's Angelo Well it takes a deflection and Right through the six yard Area. Derry can't believe it Because he's thinking if I gambled Scored my easiest goal of the season But just a deflection No one was to know which way it would go This is an early opportunity Where the deflection Comes off Alan Ashley Doesn't it? For Al Etihad But Angelo has Given Al Nasser hope Nine minutes before Half time, half time Al Etihad 2, Al Nasser 1 This is some game To come on and make your debut I think it's Even though they're in the lead Al Etihad, I think they're in a Very very precarious position Coming into this second Half and the next goal is Going to be ever so important Puts the game to Bed but makes their life easier Al Etihad if they get it, obviously if it's 2-2 And it ends up as a draw The Al Nasser next goal I think puts the favour Into Al Nasser and I think they Become favourites in this game We've already seen Al Nasser come from 2-0 down to Sticking with the team Which won last week Making no changes so far Koeman It's deep, Xiao Felix Lopi will clear And Foster Koglue Will come forward He's got El Gelida on the overlap And Awad tries to find him But the pass, not precise enough Keedy Not for the first time Just taking a moment and Finding himself under pressure As far as Abdi Awad Driving into the penalty area And the cross is blocked and it doesn't quite Fall for Idena Kainan He particularly Changed, he does Luckily into the path Of his own player Rather than an Al Etihad player It's just enough to Invert it away Koeman In support The cross And Ronaldo was going for the big one It hits Al Ghamdi on the head And then he brings it clear You see Ronaldo pulls out of it because he sees Al Ghamdi I think Make the connection Awad Idena Kainan Back in field, Lopi, and he drags it wide It was a really good chance Looking ahead of steam again This is the Overhead kick Nowhere near it, Ronaldo Idena Kainan doesn't have A better first touch initially Because I think he's clean through And Lopi ends up with the ball A good few yards Wide in the end He whips it in, may have been going for goal But it's About to say Koeman can't move and that's why He's sat himself down on the turf now because He was trying to run back Help his defence out Couldn't move properly Ronaldo Xiao Felix, Mane involved as well Lopi with the challenge But here's Ronaldo taking over Mane Twisting and turning into the area Nearly found Angelo But Alshankhiti defends Game is really stretched now Here's Angelo Straight back on the attack for Al Nasser Ronaldo's got space Here is Ronaldo, beaten away by Raikovic Angelo gets the rebound Funny thing about that was Period of time there, probably a good 3 or 4 minutes Where the ball didn't go out Gets the ball wrong Angelo I think he had more time than he Corner, Raikovic has lost it But Simakhan's challenge You can see there isn't it They're coming together Simakhan in the end I don't think it's about two players competing But He may have been caught By Hassan Kadesh Fourth corner for Al Nasser Angelo It's a lot deeper, Simakhan Beaten away by Raikovic Hassan Kadesh helps the ball away Now Mane High in, Danilo gets there Before Ronaldo Could well be Costa that actually gets The end of it, it is Simakhan's behind him Queuing up for it Raikovic Big hand to that one Xhau Felix And Richard Rios Player who goes down I don't think there's anything in that What so ever I really don't Same for you I wonder if Angelo believed he was offside there Anyway Here's Lopi Into Al Nasser in the end And here is Xhau Felix Ronaldo's in space But tall defending From Danilo Turns out not being on the same wavelength As Angelo again This time it hits Jaya Comes out to Xhau Felix and he Squeezes it wide but it took a deflection Mane The low cross into the near post And Danilo Stretches out those ageing legs But you can see Cristiano Ronaldo on the prowl there I think he's just away for Once again it's the In swinger and the header is wide Simakhan Difficult When he has to come away from it Simakhan under pressure Hoping Someone else can get on the end Cross to Gargluas No changes but Coming down the right Hand side, Jaya He cuts back But the shot fired well wide Very deflection Xhau takes it Actually not much of one actually The deflection was actually small Rakan Khaibi A holding midfielder, you can see the Game plan's been brought on and shown to Danilo But the end product has been so poor Looks like three at the back potentially Oh Abdi's lost out Abishail with the cross and Raikovic fumbles And it's Scrambled away by Kadesh Mohamedan There was no white shirt Attacking at the Getting in some really good positions Stayed down Jaya Slipped in towards Xhau Felix who turns And Danilo again with Another crucial block and it's a corner I think he knows he's got so much experience He knows that his goalkeeper is in trouble Alnasser Mane Still running and Loping Helps him over the byline But it's a goal kick He's got to be careful there He wasn't goal side of him was he? Wasn't goal side, could give away a penalty Jaya A minimum of six more minutes And here is Sadio Mane on the charge Deep into the area, blocked by Raikovic And you know he's not very mobile Free kick for Alityhad Well he's so often been the hero for Alityhad And he certainly has been tonight And it's fired from long range But it's well wide And that's what Alityhad wanted to see And he didn't Fulcher In the biggest game of the season so far It is finished Alityhad 2 Alnasser 1
