AI GeneratedThe speaker critiques an episode of the medical drama *The Pit*, arguing that it promotes a pro-abortion agenda. The commentary focuses on a storyline where doctors falsify medical records to provide a minor with abortion medication past the legal limit, while portraying the opposing mother as a hysterical villain and the doctors as empathetic heroes.
So here we go into now episode five. Okay. Meet Christy, the pregnant teen in the hospital for
an abortion. But what she wants is Mifepristone, the abortion drug. And it soon becomes apparent
that you can't, and by the way, who goes to the ER to get an abortion drug, but okay.
So that's what she does. And they can't give it to her in Pittsburgh where the pit is.
Because she's passed the cutoff. She needs to be earlier in her pregnancy. It should be
under 11 weeks. And they had to do a sonogram on her that showed the baby's too advanced.
And gee, this is a pickle for the woke doctors of the pit. Watch here, stop 54.
Christy Wheeler, 17 years old, pregnant. These are Abbott's fetal measurements from yesterday,
and these are mine. 10-5 and 11-2. Well, ultrasound is an art, not a science.
Not if you're here for a medication abortion and you pass the mandated 11-week cutoff.
Falsifying medical records for Christy is flat out illegal. She's 17. She deserves a life. I
still don't understand why Christy needs to go through this a third time with a third doctor.
Yeah, that's our bad. Our computerized medical records have been glitching lately,
and Dr. Collins' image didn't upload properly. We are at 10 weeks and six days.
I made it by one day. I will order the medication. Dr. Collins
will go over instructions on taking the pills when we come back from the pharmacy.
Thank you so much, Dr. Albee. I'm glad I could help.
Even more glad to see you have such a supportive mom.
There are all sorts of reasons why you are not supposed to give the abortion drug past 11 weeks,
which include complications to the – I'm not going to use the term mother,
but to the woman trying to abort the baby, like increased bleeding and cramping and other
problems. Also, incomplete expulsion of the baby is another risk. The baby is going to get killed
by its own mother and only part of it will be expelled, potentially. This is all very sick.
They treat this truly like it's a migraine headache. It's really no big deal. We're
going to falsify the chart to make sure she can kill her baby. This minor who's in the hospital
coming to us and asking us to lie about the age of her baby. That's how they introduce us to
Christy. Then we see a scene and we do meet Christy's mother who's with her and supposedly
in support of this procedure until we get a view at this next scene portrayed in SOT 55.
What the hell are you doing here? Language. And I should be asking you the same thing.
Excuse me, who are you? I'm her mom. Mom? Aren't you her mom? I can explain. No,
that's my sister, Lynette. Can we all just take a step back here? Mom,
I want this. This is my decision. No, just listen to her. Shut up. You have done enough.
My daughter is a minor, so she can't get this abortion without my say so, right? Is that right?
That's correct. Then there is no way this is happening. Not now, not ever.
Cue the tortured look by the minor looking at the sympathetic black doctor, Dr. Heather Collins,
who's a senior resident in this drama. There's a knowing look between the two of them on how
evil the disgusting and of course, white, nasty mother is. So non-understanding, so cruel toward
her poor daughter who wants nothing more than to kill her unborn child without the mother's
involvement. Just stop. Come on. Get this evil woman out of here. Just let the aunt pretend
she's the mom and eject the mother from this situation. What right does she have to weigh in?
This really should be between the strange doctor who she's never met before now and the hospital
that is willing to lie about the age of her baby so that she can get the easiest,
simplest abortion possible. Oh, notwithstanding the potential complications to the mother and
the baby. And we can all just move along happily with our lives. So yeah, secrets and knowing
glances between the empathetic black doctor and the tortured white teen with the evil white
mother scowling and trying to ruin the party by keeping the baby alive over on screen. Right.
Then the mother escalates her interference and physically tries to stop the girl from taking
the pill. Here's that 56. There's no way this is happening. Not now, not ever. Mom, stop.
This is what you had in mind for your fun weekend with your aunt? I was trying to help her. No,
what would have been helpful is telling me that my daughter is pregnant. Instead,
I find out from a confused teenage boy. Jackson told you? Yeah, he did. Whoa, whoa,
everything okay in here? This is Mrs. Wheeler, Christy's mother, and that is Christy's aunt.
She doesn't want to have this baby. This has nothing to do with you. No, I called Amblin.
Okay, I don't want to be a teen mom. Well, then maybe you should have thought of that before you
started having sex. Okay, emotions are running high. I think a private conversation between
mother and daughter is in order. Lynette, let's do a nice step out. I'll buy you a cup of coffee.
For the first time since World War II, our national debt has exceeded the gross domestic
product. America's reckless government spending keeps catching up with us. Higher inflation,
higher prices, higher cost of living expenses, and higher interest payments on the national debt.
Every dollar Washington spends on interest is a dollar it has to tax, borrow, or print.
Smart retirement planners prepare for potential setbacks, and they can do that by diversifying
with a time-tested asset known for weathering the storm. Consider Physical Gold from Birch
Gold Group. Text MK to the number 989898, and Birch Gold will send you a free info kit on
converting an existing IRA or 401k into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold. You don't
pull the ripcord on your parachute once you've already hit the ground. Don't wait for economic
turbulence to diversify. Text MK to the number 989898, and consider owning some gold from Birch
Gold. Okay, very nice. He's right. There is a private conversation needed between the mother
and daughter. However, also, we needed actual medicine practice when you, Dr. Rabinovich,
that's Noah Wiley, stepped in earlier to lie about how old the baby was. That was his doing
in scene one. The medical resident didn't want to do it. But once again, you have a hysterical
mother. The mother who steps in to try to help her daughter to stop her from getting an abortion
without the mother's knowledge, consult, or permission is painted as some sort of a demon,
like an hysteric, who's angry and nasty. It takes Dr. Rabinovich to calm things down
and allow for a conversation so that we can obviously get to the fastest point of abortion
possible, something he'd been pushing from the beginning. You got it? The hysterical white
mother who wants to stop the baby from being aborted is obviously evil and unregulated.
She's emotionally unregulated. Everybody else is just sad. They're sad, and they're empathetic,
and they're trying to do what's right. If only we could control this evil, raging grandmother
who's upset about the abortion of her grandchild. All right, now we get to the final scene involving
this storyline. The daughter, Christy, first locks herself in the bathroom, and then,
well, let's watch it from there. 57, it's at 57.
She's really upset. She'll get over it.
Weren't you about the same age when you got pregnant with her? Yes. So you know how hard
it can be. It was very hard at the time, but she turned out to be the best thing that has
ever happened to me. And I hope she feels the same way when she's ready, but right now she's not.
For her, the world is ending. If you push her away, she might never come back.
Okay. So once again, you have the black doctor explaining to the hysterical white mother
that if you push your daughter away, your relationship's over. Got it? So all you moms
out there who might be concerned about your teenage daughters getting pregnant and having
an abortion without involving you, you better go along with it or you're not going to have
a relationship with them. You heard it on the pit from an empathetic black doctor.
You better watch it because your teen is never going to have anything to do with you.
I mean, there's another way to tell this entire story. It's very obvious to virtually all
conservatives out there. There are other options for a teenage girl who doesn't want to actually
raise a baby that she's conceived. It's called adoption, and there are all sorts of agencies
that would be only too happy to help you through the pregnancy and with the placement of this
wanted child, wanted perhaps not by you, but by thousands upon thousands of couples out there
who are on waiting lists and would kill to be able to raise a baby. Not mentioned. There's
another way of portraying the mother as somebody who loves her child, believes in Christ, doesn't
believe in abortion, believes it's a sin, is worried about her daughter's immortal soul,
has thoughts that you may debate or not. You may accept or reject. You could have them debated.
That might actually be an interesting scene on a show like this, but no, you've got to portray
the mother as a raging lunatic who's frothing at the mouth and clearly the evil one. Then the
empathetic, nice, likable black doctor who you're supposed to love being the one to say,
your relationship with your daughter is over unless you go along with this. It's over.
Let me tell you as the nice one I'm here to tell you. And to no one's shock,
the episode ends like this. Are you sure you want to do this? Yes. Second dose in 24 hours
and misoprostol. Everything's in here if you forget. Good luck to both of you.
So you have the daughter get the abortion via pill. After all that, there's not some meaningful
conversation about options, et cetera. The daughter kills her baby and we're supposed to,
and it's celebrated. Then the doctor, the black doctor gets the, yeah, good for you. The Dr.
Heather Collins pats on the back. How'd you convince her? Well, I just told her she'd have
nothing to do with her child ever again, vice versa. So she, she acceded to the daughter's
demands and then a rough ride back to Tennessee. Those bumpkins in Tennessee. I mean, it's got
everything, doesn't it? Like we're the progressive ones up here in Pittsburgh,
in the medical community. I don't know what those losers in Tennessee are doing, but
rough ride back. Good luck. Thank God we got the baby dead. I mean, this is, so this is entertainment
by modern standards. Um, I wasn't entertained. I was really offended. Now I'm like, hate watching.
Now I'm like, what are they going to do next? Like what? This is unbelievable that,
that this didn't make more news. And then I Googled after the fact and realized it did make
some news. There were a couple of like Reddit forums where people were pissed off. And by the
way, they were great, but there, there was no nowhere near they're like ubiquitous coverage
as we would get if a medical drama like this portrayed it the way I just said, or, or did what
they did only in the right wing. Like, like you, you know, the, the, the, the daughters, uh, what
gonna, gonna have the baby and the angry, ugly leftist mom comes in and is like, you're not
having that damn baby. You will take this abortion drug right now. And then, you know, the nice white
male doctor swoops in to, to, to say like, she'll never forgive you if you make her kill her baby.
Like, can you imagine the number of articles that would be written if that's how the medical drama
did? Or if the whole, I saw you were misgendered thing went the other way. Like, yo Tomas,
I saw that the doctor was calling you, uh, Tasha and that you're actually a man.
This is a medical facility. So we have to stick to biological fact. That's important for your health.
Sorry. Like what this, it would never happen. We all know that would never ever get made.
So we as right-leaning people need to sit in our homes, trying to just be entertained and have our
mind taken off work or politics or get had the same getaway that our liberal friends can have
when they watch dramas like this. And instead we get our worldviews mocked, dismissed, treated with
disdain and anybody who looks like us or believes like we do portrayed as a disgusting, hateful
oath. Thanks for watching this clip. If you're new here, subscribe, we got a whole lot more
