3d printer bed wont heat? Check your wires! HOW TO FIX!
After a rather large, longer print at high temps yesterday, my bed didnt went to heat this morning. It was reading ambient temperature fine, so odds were good the thermistor was fine, to test this I hit the bed with a heat gun, and sure enough, temperature reading was perfect. It just wouldn't heat up by itself, so my next thought is the mosfet on the board, of course, after a little looking around I noticed the problem in the thumbnail. The soldered connection to the positive side of the board had come loose. Soooo, off comes the bed, and I will show you how to fix this problem in minutes, to be back up and printing! If your bed wont heat, check these wires, this is an ender 3, and crealit isn't known for their soldering skills...
