Hey what's up guys today I'm going to show you guys how to make a delicious bagel that's loaded
with my favorite fixins, hence the name the loaded bagel. So first up you're going to season and roast
your turkey breast. Here I'm going to use a little bit of salt and pepper, lemon zest, and freshly
picked thyme. Then I'm going to rub it in just a little bit just to sort of marinate all those
beautiful flavors into the breast. And then I'm going to throw it into a 400 degree oven for about
30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the breast. But if you're going based off of internal
temperature it should at least read 170 degrees Fahrenheit when it's done. Alright so once your
turkey is beautifully roasted pull it out of the oven and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes
on a cutting board just so all those juices don't rush out as soon as you cut into it. And then
you're going to slice it up as thin as you feel comfortable but for me the thinner the better for
this recipe. Alright so after you sliced up that beautiful turkey breast season your vegetables
with salt, pepper, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Here I have some sliced tomato, sliced cucumber,
and thinly sliced red onion. These are my favorite veggies that go on top of any bagel that I eat in
the morning. Also you're going to toast up your favorite type of bagel. My favorite is onion so
that's what I have here. And you're going to spread some whipped cream cheese from edge to edge. I
really enjoy the whipped version of cream cheese just because those big block cream cheeses can
be a little too dense for me. And then you're just going to assemble everything however you
see fit. I like to lay the turkey breast down first then the tomato followed by the cucumber
and then the onion. And that's it guys all there is to do is enjoy this wonderful bagel and enjoy
your morning. Alright these bagels look amazing. They're loaded with basically all my favorite
goodies that go on a bagel. Me and Rachel go to Western Bagel every Sunday or so and pick up this
bagel sandwich that's very similar to this one except it has kosher pickles and lettuce on it.
I think that's the only difference but really this is sort of a copycat of that sandwich. It's so
delicious because you have all these like you have the olive oil and vinegar. It's really good like
little acid and tartness with all the fresh veggies, the tomato, the cucumber, and that crisp
sort of spicy onion. Of course the beautiful creamy cream cheese, crispy bagel, and that tender
beautifully roasted turkey is just so good. So let me take a bite of one of these, make a mess, and
tell you how it is. This is one of those messy meals and I made it open-faced. Usually when we
order it from Western Bagel it's like a closed sandwich but this will do. Oh so good.
The turkey is so good. As long as you have the roasted turkey ready to go which you can cook
the day before, just throw everything together and you have just a really cool breakfast. I mean
it's like popping with flavor and it's definitely filling. I mean you can just really slice the
bagel in half and have half one of these and it suits for a really good breakfast. Well I thought
this was a very simple breakfast. Aside from taking time to roast the turkey this took me
I don't know 10 minutes to assemble and just a very easy delicious breakfast. Hopefully you guys
