Tevo Tarantula PRO how to update your FIRMWARE

Ive had a few people ask how to update the firmware on the tevo tarantula Pro, and i happen to be upgrading mine to a dual extruder, so i thought it would be the perfect time to show you where to get the latest firmware for this printer, before i made the adjustments i need, and how to compile and push a sketch over usb.
