This Will Make Any Foundation Shade Match Your Skin...

Throughout my life, my friends and I like to make jokes that depending on the season, I can change skin colors like a chameleon. I can either become really tan or really pale at the blink of an eye. If you're like this as well or you're just over having to switch your foundation shades, this one's for you. Now I have two foundations in my hand today and I'm going to show you live, sort of, on camera how easy it is to customize a lighter or darker shade to whatever color you want. I'm going to go ahead and draw a line down my face to show you guys how different these shades really are. On my right side, I'm taking this one by El Maquillage. This is in the shade 105. Now obviously this shade is very dark for me. This is even darker than I would use for my summer color, but just for the purpose of this video and to prove a point, we're going to use this one. Now on the left side, I'm grabbing my winter shade. This is actually one of my favorite foundations. It's by NARS. It's the light reflecting foundation and this is in the shade Deauville and all of a sudden I'm a mascot. Now you guys got to trust the process and now that things are looking rough, I want you to comment down below in this video and tell me if you actually think I'm going to be able to make these two sides look the same. Introducing the power of contour and highlight. We are going to be balancing each side of my face with the complete opposite shade. Now on one side, we're going to focus on highlighting and brightening and on the other side, we're going to focus on contouring and warming up the face. Taking one of my lightest concealer shades by Armani Beauty in the shade 2 and my Lancome skin tint that I love to use as bronzer. And now it's time to blend. Don't say I didn't tell you so. Is this mind-blowing to anyone but me? Please let me know. I managed to take the darkest foundation shade I have and the lightest foundation shade I have and make them look almost identical. And the next time you think that you constantly need to be changing up your foundation shade, think again. To all my girlies, save your coin because this works better.
