Big 5 deadly shooting sentencing

Aaron Brown Myers, a 51-year-old off-duty security guard, was sentenced for the 2024 shooting death of 17-year-old Hazrat Ali Rohani at a Big Five store in Renton. Despite claims of preventing a robbery, surveillance showed the victim had dropped an airsoft gun. Myers received a primary sentence of 208 months for second-degree murder, plus additional firearm enhancements.
